MIDリート投資法人が8月29日東証上場へ

MID都市開発(旧松下興産)が設立したMIDリート投資法人が8月29日東証に上場する。大阪圏のオフィスビルを中心としたポートフォリオを形成する。上場時の運用資産は大阪ビジネスパーク(OBP)の中核ビルなどオフィスビル7棟、商業施設2棟の計9棟、取得額は計1,464億円。上場時点の資産残高としては日本ビルファンド投資法人に次ぐ規模となる。上場時に投資口180,000口の発行及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出9,000口を行う。資産運用会社はMIDリートマネジメント株式会社。
