ケネディクス、長谷工コーポレーション、三菱UFJ信託銀行、LIXILグループ、損害保険ジャパン、新生銀行の6社が共同でヘルスケアREITの立ち上げへ向け、資産運用会社「ジャパン・シニアリビング・パートナース(株)」を4月18日設立した。今後REITを設立し、有料老人ホーム、サービス付高齢者住宅、病院等を取得し、平成26年後半の上場を目指す。
