大和証券リビング投資法人が、住宅2物件を取得する。 取得する物件は、横浜市磯子区、2024年竣工、9階建の単身者及びDINKS向けマンションと、墨田区、2023年竣工、11階建の単身者及びDINKS向けマンション。2物件の取得額は計38.2億円。 併せて第40期（2026年3月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得による賃貸収益の増加に加え、12月に売却したグランカーサ仙台五橋の売却益849百万円が寄与し、11月に公表した業績予想に対し12.7％増益を見込む。売却益のうち603百万円を内部留保する一方、一時差異等調整積立金より79百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,600円と3.6％増となる見通し。
