大和証券リビング投資法人が、「フォレスト・ヒル仙台青葉」を売却する。 売却する物件は、仙台市青葉区にある、2007年竣工、9階建の単身者向けマンション。将来の収益見込みや、規模、立地等を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は29.3億円。売却益3.52億円を第40期（2026年3月期）に計上する予定だが、業績予想への影響は前提条件が決まり次第公表する予定。
