大和証券リビング投資法人が、「さわやか海響館」等有料老人ホーム3物件を売却する。3物件の売却額は計34.6億円。いずれも2020年4月の合併時に日本ヘルスケア投資法人から承継した物件。 第39期（2025年9月期）は、既に公表済の物件売却を含めて売却益20.02億円を計上する見込みだが、業績予想への影響を精査中のため、5月22日公表予定の第38期（2025年3月期）決算発表時に併せて公表する。
