大和証券リビング投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、「S-RESIDENCEさいたま新都心」等、住宅計4物件、取得額は計65.37億円。 一方、売却する物件は、「willDo太閤通」等、名古屋の住宅2物件、売却額は計22.22億円。 本売却に伴い、第38期（2025年3月期）に売却益2,492百万円、第39期（2025年9月期）に売却益1,402百万円を計上する予定だが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
