大和証券リビング投資法人が、第33期（2022年9月期）決算を発表した。 第33期は「グランカーサ清澄白河」を取得した。住宅の期中平均稼働率は97.9％と前期より0.2ポイント上昇、また賃料増額率も前期より上昇した。これらに伴い前期比0.7％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より153百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,180円と前期と同額となった。 期末のポートフォリオは240物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,456億円、有利子負債比率は51.4％。 第34期（2023年3月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「サニーライフ芝浦」等、8物件を取得する。これにより前期比3.5％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より156百万円を取崩し、投資口数が2.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,200円と前期より0.9％増となる見通し。 第35期（2023年9月期）は、グランカーサ緑地公園の一棟貸契約の終了による減収、固都税や修繕費の増加により、前期予想比2.5％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金の取崩額を277百万円に増額し、1口当たり分配金は2,200円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。 引き続き外部成長を行い、1口当たり分配金2,250円を目指す。
