日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が、さいたま市浦和区のレジデンスを取得することを発表した。 物件は、JR京浜東北線北浦和駅より徒歩6分に現在開発中の、ファミリー向けマンション。6階建、総戸数53戸。7月末に竣工予定で、JRHは8月末に取得する予定。取得額は24.9億円。 JRHは、ポートフォリオの10％～15％程度の物件入替え行い、ポートフォリオの質を高めることを最優先課題としている。物件売却を4月に先行して実施したことから、本物件を含め新築の物件に入替えを進めている。
