日本賃貸住宅投資法人の資産運用会社であるミカサ・アセット・マネジメント（MAM）が、大和証券オフィス投資法人及び日本ヘルスケア投資法人の資産運用会社である大和リアル・エステート・アセット・マネジメント（DR）と10月に合併することを発表した。 2015年に大和証券グループ本社がMAMの主要スポンサーになったため、MAM及びDRは同一スポンサー傘下で別の運用会社として運用していたが、運用基盤の安定や競争力向上を目的に両社が合併する。存続会社はDR。 これによりDRは私募REITである大和証券レジデンシャル・プライベート投資法人、大和証券ホテル・プライベート投資法人を含め5つの投資法人を運用する。 日本賃貸住宅投資法人と大和証券レジデンシャル・プライベート投資法人は投資対象がともに賃貸住宅であるため、利益相反を回避するために物件情報の優先検討順位を策定する。 なお、投資法人の合併は予定なし。
