日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が、北海道旭川市にあるレジデンス「サテラ永山」を売却する。 JRHは、運用効率を目的とし首都圏以外の5億円以下の物件を売却することを基本方針としている。 売却額は3.7億円。簿価との差額は43百万円となり売却益28百万円が発生するが、一旦内部留保し、第25期（平成30年9月期）以降均等償却し分配金へ上乗せする予定。
