日本賃貸住宅投資法人が、第20期（平成28年3月期）決算を発表した。第20期は「さくらHills富士見」等レジデンス8棟（取得額計105億円）を取得。また12月にスポンサーがオークツリーグループから大和証券グループへ交代した。8棟取得により賃貸収益の増加、前期の物件売却損がなくなったこと等により、前期比3.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は1,722円となった。期末のポートフォリオは201物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,202億円、有利子負債比率は51.3％。 第21期（平成28年9月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、修繕費、原状回復費、固都税、減価償却費の増加により、前期比4.5％減益を見込む。内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,700円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成29年3月期）は、融資関連費用の減少等により前期予想比3.3％増益を見込み、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,700円となる見通し。
