日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が、保有するレジデンス6棟を売却する。JRHは10億円以上の物件を取得する一方、首都圏以外の5億円以下の物件を売却し、入替えによってポートフォリオの質を向上させる方針としている。6棟の売却額は計16.5億円。簿価との差額は-82.5百万円となり、売却損等115百万円が発生する見込みだが、内部留保の活用により分配金への影響はなし。
