日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第17期(平成26年9月期)決算を発表した。第17期は、レジデンス4棟取得、2棟売却を行った。これに伴い賃貸収入の増加、物件売却益計上が寄与し、前期比11%増益、1口当たり分配金は1,761円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は50.0%。第18期(平成27年3月期)は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、修繕費及び減価償却費の増加等を見込み、前期比8.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,615円となる見通し。
