日本賃貸住宅投資法人がレジデンスの取得及び売却を発表した。取得する物件は、札幌駅より南西へ2キロ、地下鉄西18丁目駅より徒歩4分にある、平成18年竣工15階建、総戸数78戸のファミリー向けマンション。5月9日時点の稼働率は96％。取得額は15.1億円。一方、売却する物件は、名古屋市昭和区にある昭和63年竣工のマンション。売却額は2億円。簿価との差額は約80百万円となり、売却益が発生する見込みだが、業績予想の修正はなし。
