日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第16期（平成26年3月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス10棟を取得。これにより前期比19.6％増益。内部留保より45百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が10.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,617円と前期を9.9％上回った。第17期（平成26年9月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与する一方、修繕費や固都税の増加、営業外収益の減少等により、前期比0.1％減益を見込む。内部留保の活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金は1,585円となる見通し。
