日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が第15期（平成25年9月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、SPC2件の匿名組合出資持分を取得。原状回復費等が増加する一方、金融費用が減少したことにより、前期比0.7%増益。剰余金を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,471円となった。併せて、投資口の追加発行及び売出し、7棟取得を発表。発行口数は131,200口、売出はスポンサーグループ及び信託銀行が保有する投資口計131,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し13,200口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は10.8%増の1,475,200口となる予定。追加発行の調達額は約93億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス7棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する7棟の取得額は計195.7億円。これによりJRHの資産規模は12%増の1,799億円となる見込み。これらに伴い第16期（平成26年3月期）は、7棟取得により前期比16.8%増益、剰余金より45百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,580円と前期を7.4%上回る見通し。
