日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が、福岡のレジデンスを投資対象とするSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象物件は、福岡市営地下鉄天神駅より徒歩7分にある、平成17年竣工15階建マンション。JRHの出資割合は匿名組合出資総額の約15%。併せて、2015年3月を行使期限とする優先買取権を取得する。
