日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）がレジデンスを保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象不動産は、都内及び名古屋のレジデンス計4棟、鑑定価格は計90億円。JRHの出資割合は約15%。併せて行使期限を平成26年12月とする優先交渉権を取得する。
