日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第14期(平成25年3月期)決算を発表した。第14期は、レジデンス1棟を売却。賃貸収入の増加及び賃貸費用の減少、物件売却損の減少等により前期比33%増益。剰余金より14百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,471円と前期を11%上回った。第15期(平成25年9月期)は賃貸費用の増加等により0.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,450円となる見通し。
