日本賃貸住宅投資法人(JRH)が港区のレジデンスを売却する。売却する物件は、港区元麻布にある昭和60年竣工のプレミアムタイプのマンション。JRHは景気の変動を受けやすいプレミアムタイプを投資対象から外すことを2012年5月に発表している。売却に伴い損失約15百万円が発生するが、剰余金を活用することから分配金への影響はない見込み。
