日本賃貸住宅投資法人が物件取得及び売却を発表した。取得する物件は、札幌市営地下鉄バスセンター前駅より徒歩6分にある、平成21年竣工、1LDK-2LDKの100戸から成るマンション。一方、売却する物件は、北九州市にある平成4年竣工のマンション。これに伴い第13期（平成24年9月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却に伴う損失305百万円が発生するため、従来予想比13.7%減益となるが、剰余金を充当するため、分配金総額1,710百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,285円と従来予想を5.3%上回る見通し。
