日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第12期（平成24年3月期）決算を発表した。第12期は、レジデンス2棟取得、8棟売却を実施。賃貸収入が増加するも、物件売却損660百万円計上により、前期比31%減益、剰余金より674百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,680百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,263円となった。第13期（平成24年9月期）は、前期の物件売却損がなくなることから61%増益、剰余金を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,220円となる見通し。
