日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第11期(平成23年9月期)決算を発表した。第11期はレジデンス2棟を取得。稼働率の上昇、管理費及び支払利息の減少が寄与し、当期利益1,465百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,101円となった。第12期(平成24年3月期)は、稼働率の上昇による増収及び管理費の減少を見込み、前期比4.4%増益、剰余金の活用を見込まず1口当たり分配金は1,150円となる見通し。
