日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第10期（平成23年3月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、2棟取得及び6棟売却を行った。プロスペクト・リート投資法人からの合併受入資産の賃貸収入が通期で寄与し前期比22%増収となる一方、物件売却損1,723百万円計上、3棟の減損処理に伴う特別損失2,483百万円計上により、当期損失2,785百万円となった。負ののれんによる剰余金4,215百万円を取り崩し、差額1,430百万円を分配原資とし、1口当たり分配金は1,075円となった。第11期は、前期の物件売却損及び特別損失がなくなることから、当期利益1,397百万円、剰余金の活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金は1,050円となる見通し。
