日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第10期（平成23年3月期）業績予想を修正した。港区に保有するプレミアムタイプのマンション3棟のキャッシュフローの低下及び鑑定価格下落により減損処理を行うことを決定。これにより減損損失2,483百万円を計上するため、当期損失が2,785百万円となる見込み。但し、負ののれんを活用することにより、分配金への影響はない。1口当たり分配金は従来予想比2.4%増の1,075円となる見通し。
