日本賃貸住宅投資法人が物件取得及び売却を発表。取得する物件は、大阪吹田市にあるワンルームマンション。取得額12.6億円。一方、売却する物件は渋谷区広尾にあるプレミアムタイプのマンション。売却額は29.7億円。売却額と簿価の差額は-12.8億円となり、売却損が発生する。これに伴い第10期（平成23年3月期）業績予想を修正。2月23日に発表した5棟売却と併せ売却損16.8億円を計上、当期損失339百万円となるが、負ののれんを活用することにより、1口当たり分配金は従来予想比5%増の1,050円となる見通し。
