日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第9期(平成22年9月期)決算を発表した。第9期は、7月1日にプロスペクト・リート投資法人(PRI)と合併し、PRIの保有資産52棟を承継、その後1棟を売却し、期末の資産は185棟となった。これに伴い経常利益ベースで前期比4.3%増益、負ののれん12,341百万円により当期利益は13,005百万円。分配原資は負ののれんより61百万を充当し723百万円、投資口4分割及び第三者割当増資に伴い、期末投資口数は1,330,800口、1口当たり分配金は544円となった。第10期(平成23年3月期)は、PRIから受け入れた資産の通期稼働により21%増収、経常利益ベースで87%増益、負ののれんの活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金は1,000円となる見通し。
