日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第9期(平成22年9月期)業績予想を修正した。7月1日に合併したプロスペクト・リート投資法人(PRI)の保有物件の合併日における鑑定価格が1月末より下落したため、負ののれんの金額に修正が生じたことによるもの。負ののれんを当初想定15,919百万円から12,343百万円へ修正。1口当たり分配金は517円と従来予想500円を僅かに上回る見通し。
