日本賃貸住宅投資法人（JRH）が保有物件1棟を売却する。物件は、横浜市磯子区にある賃貸マンション。この物件は、前テナントとのサブリース契約を4月に期限前解約した後、PM会社とテナント誘致を進める予定であった。しかし売却先より簿価に近い価格で購入希望があったため、売却を決定した。売却先より改修工事代金を受領するため、売却損は発生しない見込み。今回の売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
