日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第8期(平成22年3月期)決算を発表した。第8期はレジデンス3棟を取得、修繕費や融資手数料の減少が寄与し前期比41%増益、期初に実施した第三者割当増資により投資口数が39%増加、これに伴い1口当たり分配金は2,910円と前期を僅かに上回った。第9期(平成22年9月期)は、7月1日にプロスペクト・リート投資法人(PRI)と合併予定。PRIの物件52棟を承継、合併に伴う負ののれんを15,919百万円と試算し当期利益は16,584百万円、投資口4分割により1口当たり分配金は500円となる見通し。
