日本賃貸住宅投資法人(JRH)が第9期(平成22年9月期)業績予想を発表した。JRHは7月1日にプロスペクト・リート投資法人(PRI)との合併によりPRIの物件52棟を承継する。これに伴い発生する負ののれんを15,919百万円と試算し第9期に特別利益として計上する。投資口4分割に伴い1口当たり分配金は500円となる見通し。
