日本賃貸住宅投資法人(JRH）が第8期（平成22年3月期）業績予想を公表した。第8期は、第7期（平成21年9月期）業績予想比で僅かに増収を見込み、期首に大規模な第三者割当増資を行ったものの、1口分配金は前期と同水準を維持するものとしている。この要因は、第7期に発生する特別損失35百万円が第8期には無くなることに加え （１）増資資金で80億円の投資法人債の償還を行い借入金水準が低下する （２）第7期には220億円弱の借換えが発生したものの第8期には借換えはなく、融資関連手数料の負担が低下する という2点から営業外費用が1億円強減少するためである。
