日本賃貸住宅投資法人(JRH)が第三者割当増資を行う。発行口数は65,863口、1口当たり発行価額は91,100円。割当先は、JRHの筆頭投資主でありスポンサーのグループ会社であるアップルリンゴ・ホールディングス・ビーヴィと、JRHの投資主第3位である日本トラスティ・サービス信託銀行の2社。これにより総投資口数は39%増の233,340口となり、うち71.3%を上位3社が占める。調達資金60億円は、11月及び来年2月に償還期限の投資法人債(計78億円)のリファイナンスに充当する。第三者割当増資の影響を受ける第8期(平成22年3月期)業績予想は後日公表の予定。
