日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第6期(平成21年3月期)決算を発表した。第6期は、旧スポンサーのリプラスの破綻に伴うリーシング活動の一時停滞やPM会社の変更等新規体制を構築した特別損失の計上等により、前期比25%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,527円となった。第7期(平成21年9月期)は、営業費用及び支払利息の増加等により37.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,816円となる見通し。
