日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第4期（平成20年3月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、23棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。物件取得により賃貸収益が増加する一方、物件売却益が前期より減少したため、前期比4.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,312円となった。併せて、名古屋及び岡山のレジデンス計2棟の取得を発表。2棟の取得額は計16.9億円。第5期（平成20年9月期）は、物件売却益がなくなること、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上等により、前期比28%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,321円となる見通し。
