日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第4期(平成20年3月期)業績予想を修正した。前回業績予想発表時より7棟取得、稼働率の上昇、物件売却益の増加、支払利息の減少等により、従来予想比5.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,312円となる見通し。
