日本賃貸住宅投資法人（RRI）が神戸のレジデンス（区分所有権）を売却する。売却する物件は、神戸市北区にある平成4年竣工総戸数126戸のマンション。JR東海の社宅として一括賃貸していたが、契約満了により5月末に同社が退去となるため売却を決定した。売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
