日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第2期（平成19年3月期）決算を発表した。第2期は期初にレジデンス3棟を取得し、当期利益885百万円、1口当たり分配金は、平成18年9月決算時に公表した予想を6.8%上回る14,426円となった。第3期（平成19年9月期）は、レジデンス26棟を取得、保有物件1棟を売却する。売却益が寄与し、前期比49.3%の増益を見込む。一方投資口数58.7%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,549円となる見通し。
