日本賃貸住宅投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は34,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,800口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は58.8%増の97,500口となる。調達資金は、物件取得及び借入金の返済に充当する。 併せて、札幌、大阪、名古屋等、地方都市を中心にレジデンス26棟を取得する。26棟の取得額は計202.5億円。 一方、保有物件の一部（オフィス部分）を売却する。売却益約6億円は第3期（平成19年9月期）に計上される。分配金への寄与は1口当たり6,000円程度及ぶこととなる。 これに伴い、第3期業績予想を発表。上記物件取得及び売却の収益により前期予想比59.5%増、一方投資口増加により1口当たり分配金は13,549円と、前期予想と同じ水準となる見通し。
