日本賃貸住宅投資法人投資法人（証券コード：8986）が、6月22日東証へ上場する。私募ファンド運用や家賃保証事業を手掛けるリプラス（マザーズ8936）を中心にエイブル他9社が参画し、賃貸住宅に特化したREITを設立。上場時の資産は500億円規模。上場時に投資口43,400口発行その他オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,200口を行う。資産運用会社は、リプラス・リート・マネジメント（株）。
