日本賃貸住宅投資法人が第1期（平成18年9月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、最初に物件を取得した平成17年12月15日からの290日間。上場前の平成17年12月に35棟で運用開始、上場時（平成18年6月）に19棟、8月に9棟を取得した。これにより第1期の当期利益は653百万円、1口当たり分配金は10,650円と、8月に上方修正した業績予想をさらに2.7%上回った。第2期（平成19年3月期）は、通常の半年決算となる。新たに3棟を取得し、当期利益828百万円、1口当たり分配金13,500円となる見通し。
