日本賃貸住宅投資法人が格付投資情報センター（R＆I）より格付けを取得した。格付けはA－。アウトルックは安定的。R＆I社によれば、66棟からなる地域の分散されたポートフォリオにより当面安定的な収益を期待できるとしている。一方、運営体制の効率化や築年数が経過した物件のリニューアル投資の重要性を指摘し、また財務面で借入金の返済期日集中などの点を課題としている。
