日本賃貸住宅投資法人がレジデンス9棟を取得する。売り主はオリジネーターであるリプラスが組成したSPC。9棟の取得額は計37.9億円。うち1棟「ジョイ尾山台」は今年3月に東京グロースリート投資法人(TGR)が売却した物件であり、TGRが保有していた物件の取得は2棟めとなる。 この取得に伴い、第1期(平成18年9月期)の業績予想を修正した。従来予想に対し22.6%の増益、1口当たり分配金は10,364円となる見込み。なお、第2期の業績予想は修正されていない。
