ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第25期（2024年12月期）中間決算（1月～6月）を発表した。 当中間期における物件取得はなし。変動賃料28物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は14,601円と前年同期比18.6％増、中間期利益は7,433百万円と前年同期比51.8％増となった。 中間期末時点のポートフォリオは51物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,531億円、有利子負債比率は41.6％。 下期（7月～12月）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「沖縄ハーバービューホテル」等4物件を取得。変動賃料28物件のRevPERは17,400円と前年同期比12.2％増を見込む。 通期予想は、変動賃料の増加により、6月に公表した業績予想に対し1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,815円となる見通し。
