ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は10ヶ月ぶり。 発行口数は451,641口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,359口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10％増の5,097,006口となる予定。 調達額は341億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金にい充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「沖縄ハーバービューホテル」等4物件、取得額は計561.9億円。これにより取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は14％増の4,531億円となる。 これに伴い第25期（2024年12月期）業績予想を修正。上記4物件取得及び既存物件の変動賃料増加により、2月に公表した業績予想に対し4.1％増益を見込む。増資に伴う希薄化の対応として一時差異等調整積立金より1,789百万円を取崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,764円と1.1％増となる見通し。
