ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第24期（2023年12月期）決算を発表した。 第24期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ラ・ジェント・ステイ札幌」等ホテル6物件を取得した。コロナ禍の収束により、ホテルの売上が大幅回復。変動賃料のホテル25物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は14,305円と前期比65.9％増（コロナ禍前の2019年比+1.4％増）となった。これらに伴い前期比391％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より845百万円を取崩し、投資口数が3.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,015円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは47物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,969億円、有利子負債比率は40.8％。 第25期（2024年12月期）は、変動賃料のホテル28物件のRevPERが16,043円となる前提。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、変動賃料の増加により、前期比27.2％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より549百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,722円と前期比23.4％増となる見通し。
