ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第24期（2023年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 ホテル業績回復に伴う変動賃料増加、営業費用及び財務コストの減少により、9月に公表した業績予想に対し14.3％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より845百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,014円と13.7％％増となる見通し。 併せて第25期（2024年12月期）業績予想を発表した。2023年に取得した物件の固定賃料、既存物件の変動賃料増加により、前期予想比27％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より549百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,722円と23.5％増となる見通し。
