ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2019年1月以来4年8ヶ月ぶり。 発行口数は170,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3.8％増の4,637,006口となる。調達額は121億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、「ラ・ジェント・ステイ札幌大通」「オリエンタルホテル京都六条」「ホテルオリエンタルエクスプレス福岡中洲川端」の3物件、取得額は計189億円。取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は5.1％増の3,929億円となる。 これらに伴い第24期（2023年12月期）業績予想を修正。上記3物件の収益が寄与し、8月に公表した業績予想に対し0.7％増益を見込む。投資口の増加により、1口当たり利益は減少するが、一時差異等調整積立金の取崩額を増額し、1口当たり分配金は2,652円と変わらない見通し。
