ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第24期（2023年12月期）中間決算（1月～6月）を発表した。 当中間期は、「雨庵金沢」と「相鉄フレッサイン新橋烏森口」を取得した。変動賃料25物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は12,628円と前年同期比108％増（コロナ前の2019年同期比では5％減）となった。主要オペレーターであるHMJグループとの賃貸借契約は、コロナ前の固定賃料+変動賃料の形態に戻る。これらに伴い中間期利益は4,896百万円となった。 中間期末時点のポートフォリオは43物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,739億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 下期（7月～12月）は、変動賃料25物件のRevPERが15,563円と前年同期比39.7％増、かつADR（平均客室単価）の上昇によりコロナ前の2019年を4.3％上回る想定。 特にHMJグループが運用する16物件の変動賃料が寄与し、通期予想は2月公表時より32％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より430百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,652円となる見通し。
