ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が、「相鉄フレッサイン新橋烏森口」を取得することを発表した。 物件は、JR新橋駅より徒歩4分に位置する、2008年竣工、16階建の宿泊特化型ホテル。 JHRはかつて本物件を保有していたが、コロナ禍に伴う収益悪化により、売却益計上及び手元資金の確保を目的に、2020年7月に売却した。コロナ禍の収束により、昨年10月以降稼働率85％以上を維持している点、今後新橋駅西口再開発が予定されており、更なる成長が見込める点から、本物件を買い戻すことを決定した。取得額は84億円。相鉄ホテル開発と固定賃料+売上歩合賃料の3年間の定期借家契約を締結する。
